2017-12-02 Alum Creek

The Wally Byam Caravan Club International (WBCCI) unit we are members of, the Northern Ohio Virtual Airstream (NOVA) club had our annual Christmas Airstream party Saturday night at member Terry & Sue's house and a few of us camped nearby at Alum Creek State Park and commuted over to the party from the camp ground. What a fun group! Turns out the weekend was also the parks' Christmas light show so Carie & I did that, too, since it was free with the camping fee. Not much captioning required on these pictures as they pretty much speak for themselves.

Also this is probably our last outing for this year so thought I'd do as our Friend Ella does on her blog (https://silvermineandhis.weebly.com/) and post our years statistics. So here they are:

2017-11-25 A Winton Woods Thanksgiving

We got together with friends, Larry & Lou and Tom & Ella and we met a new Airstream couple from SC. The holiday was a lot of fun. Tom deep fried a turkey and we each made a number of side dishes. The weather was very pleasant and we were even able to eat Thanksgiving dinner outside. On Friday afternoon the weather was so nice we were in T-shirts! On Saturday we all gathered around the outside of Larry & Lou's Airstream Excella and watched the Ohio State vs. Michigan game! (Ohio won!)
