Memorial Day weekend at Camp Bremer again, for the Indy 500! What a fun time this always is! I was solo this time as Carie had a family emergency and had to fly out to Oregon. This trip started with a minor disaster...when I got to the storage unit I was greeted by a flat tire on the Airstream! Other than that the long weekend was a blast, as always. I fired up the new Solo Stove and it was a big hit. We did cookouts and talked racing, camping, etc. Somewhat newbies to Camp Bremer are Jim & Emily. They have been attending for about 3 years (minus 2020 Covid year). Jim has been in the market for a small trailer and has been getting loaners from the RV dealership he works at in order to attend this event but this year they are buying Dane & Elaine's T@B, Sputnik!!! The deal was done on Monday and they picked it up the following weekend so will have it at next years Camp Bremer!

Pat & Jennifer remodeled their house in a mid-century modern / Howard Johnsons 50's theme. It came out beautifully!
A couple of the race turn announcers stopped by Camp Bremer and signed the Camp Bremer official unofficial tire & wings!!! Jake Query & Nick Yeoman!
Emily with what would have been last years Covid 2020 t-shirt. LOL!

The outdoor set up for those of us not actually going into the race to watch on TV. They only had a 40% capacity allowed at the race this year due to continued Covid fears.
Watching the race!
