2019-05-11 Haydocy Airstream & RV Rally

This weekend was the annual Haydocy rally from Wednesday through Sunday morning. Haydocy, the Airstream dealer in Columbus, OH puts on a rally that although they don't say it, it is essentially an Airstream customer appreciation rally. They do it at their facility in the parking lot and it's a lot of fun. It is organized by NOVA members Terry & Sue. Haydocy provides a few meals and Saturday night live entertainment. The attendees show off their Airstreams to potential customers and it allows the customers to get a feel for an actual Airstream rally. The event attracts potential customers and subsequently brings in new members to NOVA. This year we had a few new faces in attendance which was great. We had 7 Airstream couples attend this years event.
NOVA member Gary is a recently retired Honda employee and was the Lead Special Projects Engineering Manager in charge of the Ridgeline program and he arranged a great factory tour for our group at the Marysville, OH Honda plant!!! Lot's of pictures of the museum but cameras weren't allowed in the actual factory.Enjoy...

 A great regular speaker is Tim from the Airstream factory. He is the Regional Sales Director for Airstream and he tells us some "sneak peek" things to expect in the future...
